You deserve Dukkah. Dukkah deserves you.
It really, really pleases us to see Dukkah finding its way onto menus at great restaurants and into Zeitgeist-y cookbooks. And it’s not that Dukkah is so good, it deserves to be known; it’s that you deserve Dukkah, because it’s that good. First pounded in Egypt, the rustic mix of herbs, spices, and hazelnuts is revelatory on a dip or pile of labne or on a halved and roasted squash. But also do as the Egyptians do and delight in Dukkah with some boiled eggs, good oil, and crusty bread.
